Thies Family Adventure
Above is a photo of us a couple of years ago when we thought we were being adventurous in Mexico. That's nuthin'. Five weeks from tomorrow, we raise the level of adventure to a whole new zoning code. We fly to Costa Rica, with intentions of seeing not only Central America, but most likely also Southeast Asia, North Africa, and Europe. We have no intention of returning for at least 10 months.
Exciting? ¡Como no! Scary? ¡Claro! Insane? Es posible. But that's how we roll...
I created this blog so that we'd have a chance to document all of the fun, and also to give Chloe and Josh a chance to give their home-schooled writing assignments some relevancy. Here's to good intentions!
